Cancellations

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will be charged at full price

Ideally, it is best practice to soften the ear wax with Earol (clinically treated olive oil) for 2 days prior to treatment.


Earol can be purchased from most pharmacy stores.

What happens at your appointment?


As part of your treatment, Lee will take a brief medical history and answer any questions you may have. He can also take your Blood Pressure, Pulse and Oxygenation levels as part of Clearer Ears wellbeing check on request. There will be the option of a picture of your orthoscopic examination before and after the procedure to show you the results.
